Ingredients:
- Apple - 1 (small)
- Milk - 1/2 litre
- Sugar - to taste
- Crushed ice / ice cube - according to your preference
Method:
In a juicer / blender add all the ingredients except ice cubes and blend it well. transfer it to the serving glass and top it with crushed ice / ice cubes. Serve chilled.
